Living Libraries is a 501(c)(3) public charity operating under EIN #56-2215126 within a formal operating agreement and strategic alignment with Ascend Nonprofit Solutions.
We are tremendously grateful for this partnership which allows us to work more efficiently, while concentrating the majority of our limited man-power on unique programming efforts, while letting our team at Ascend attend to the rest.
In short, we would not be able to do what we do without this structure. We, as well as our major funders and supporters, highly encourage other grass-roots nonprofits of similar scope to structure similarly in this manner.
